The selected data is not published，any users of data regardless of data sources are regarded as accepting all of the terms.
- 1. Users are not permitted to distribute the MEIC model data and account to any third-party.
- 2. Publications using MEIC emission data should provide proper credits to the MEIC development team. Co-authorship is appropriate if your work is significantly benefited from a new version of MEIC emission data.
- 3. The MEIC team has the rights to learn the research contents of users using the data.

Application for custom data
Customized data is unpublished dataset. To better protect the intellectual property rights of data developers and users, and also to promote the sharing and application of emission inventories, please carefully read and agree to the following terms below before applying for the data:
- 1. To avoid duplication of research work, users should specify the purpose of data usage on application, and should also ensure that the data is only used for the agreed purpose in subsequent use;
- 2. Users are not permitted to share the customized data to any third party. The user shall be fully responsible for consequences of any violation of this term;
- 3. Before the submission of research findings based on the customized data for publishing (e.g., academic papers, research reports), users should always consult the MEIC team, and reach a consensus on the authorship or the acknowledgement of the publications.
